**EU Repairs Notice**
From 12 August 2026, new EU packaging regulations mean we are unable to return repaired instruments to any EU destination. For this reason, we cannot accept repair work from EU customers.
Please do not send instruments to us from the EU, as we will not be able to return them.
EU customers can still purchase parts through our eBay shop, where all compliance is handled by eBay Global Shipping programme.
